Our fees include all room and board, assessments, program and group activities, meals, treatment planning, social work, discharge planning, medication management, weekly physician visits, 24-hour staffing and supervised living, individual and group therapies, family therapy, activities therapy and case management.
Medication costs are not included in our fees and are handled directly between the client and the contracted pharmacy. Outside medical or consultation services are not covered and are the responsibility of the client or financial sponsor. |

| TLLC requires a three-month financial commitment upon enrollment with payment due upon enrollment. |
All services provided within the Renaissance Healthcare Group system, including Pasadena Villa and Transitional Living and Learning Center, are private pay, and do not accept assignment of benefits for any insurance or managed care companies.
Renaissance Healthcare Group does not bill any third party payor, insurance company or managed care organization. Clients who wish to pursue reimbursement from their insurance or managed care company will be referred DeMonte Medical Billing Solutions for these services.
Clients on leave from either Pasadena Villa or TLLC are required to pay the monthly fee in full to ensure continued participation in the Program.
