Referral and Admission

What is needed to refer to Pasadena Villa and TLLC:

1. Most recent clinical records (if available), including: psychiatric evaluation, history and physical, social history, current medications
2. Telephone interview with referent to gather pertinent information
3. Telephone interview with client to gather pertinent information
4. Telephone interview with financial sponsor or guarantor
5. Personal interview with client may be required.

Clients, families and referents are welcome to visit our programs at any time in order to make an educated, well thought-out placement decision.
